This SITE is the property of E-SEC Data Security Technology, a legal entity governed by private law, registered with the CNPJ under number 03.242.841/0001-01, with headquarters at SCN, Qd 04, Ed Varig, Bl B, Sl 702, Brasília, DF, CEP: 70,714-020, in this act called Certillion by its product.

This Term of Use regulates the use of the SITE by the user, meaning SITE all web pages embodied in the certillion.com domain, and its subdomains, and by the user any individual who uses or accesses it, establishing their rights and obligations. By using the platform, you declare that you accept the present terms of use of the service.

I. Use of

the platform When you register, sign or receive a document with Certillion, you become a user of the system, with access to the platform and your account documents for an indefinite period. Users can create, delete, modify, and sign documents. Certillion reserves the right to close accounts and prohibit future registrations in case of violation of the terms of use, Brazilian law, or misuse of the platform.

Violations of the terms of use include:

1 — Access to the platform through any automated means or simulation of user actions to carry out activities or collect information (such as crawlers, spiders, and bots);

2 — Use of the Certillion document hosting service for purposes other than sending documents for signature; 3 — Use of the

in a way that may damage, overload, harm the servers or cause financial or reputational damage to Certillion;

4 — Incorporation of Certillion into frames, including windows, or simulation of user actions without the use of the Certillion API, on any third-party site without the express written authorization of Certillion;

5 — Manipulate document or signature data in any way that impairs the transparency of the information presented by Certillion to the signatories of the document;

6 — Offend, threaten, or persecute Certillion’s attendants, collaborators, or directors in any medium;

II. Plans and payment Recurrence plans are purchased on a prepaid basis.

If there is a lack of payment, the user’s plan will be automatically blocked.

III. Retention of data and documents

The documents and records submitted by Certillion are stored on the platform and remain accessible to all signatories, as well as for possible audits throughout their life cycle. It is important to note that canceling the plans or account does not result in the deletion of these data and files.

IV. Archive lifecycle

If at least one signer signs the document, Certillion will keep it with its records for at least 5 years. After this period, the files can be moved to “cold storage”, more efficient for long periods, with retrieval subject to a fee. The file lifecycle will restart after recovery.

V. Privacy

The files sent to Certillion are private and belong to the parts of the document. Certillion cannot use them without prior authorization. However, it reserves the right to access them to provide support or in cases of suspected violation of the terms or Brazilian law. Certillion does not sell or distribute contact data or information and maintains the confidentiality of registration information. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

VI. Disclaimer The legal responsibility for

the terms and data in the documents submitted to Certillion is exclusive to the signatory parties. Certillion is not responsible for fulfilling the obligations of users when creating documents. All data and rights resulting from the use of Certillion belong exclusively to the signatory parties. Certillion may change the functionalities and conditions of the plans at any time, without notice.
